I might leave tumblr to go make my own websites. the only thing is I don’t know how to do this. when ever I do find out I’ll post the link and month after post that said link up I will delete this god forsaken thing. But this probably won’t happen soon since I tend to take awhile with these kinds of things. Oh and I haven’t forgotten about you dear readers, I have a couple drafts floating around that need editing but soon my darklings soon.
Sad Fact: In World Health Organization ranking of healthcare systems the United States ranked in as number 37. Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia, places I would say most Americans feel are worst off than us, are ranked HIGHER than us.
I used to say to say “romantic” poems that I made for you, while you were asleep. Do you remember when I told you that? You jokingly called me a weirdo and we shared a laugh together like it was coffee. I would talk on and on about how Romantic Fiction should come back. You questioned as to how, and I said that “I fight on for you my love! Watch the moon under us as our enemies sneak under the cover of darkness. They seek to destroy us, who we are, want we value and represent, simply because they can’t understand. Will you hold my hand till the all the lights in the world die? Can I hold you close and never let go? If I love you I fear ambition may swallow us whole.” You said that saying my poems was answering your question. We laughed, then kissed. It was a lovely day. But one thing bugs me…the “poetry” crap. It’s kinda stupid looking back, thinking that was poetry, when both of us didn’t know a thing about poetry. Hell I still don’t know if what I wrote counts as poetry or not, it didn’t matter because we loved the idea of poetry even if we knew nothing about it. I think we just loved ideas in general. We love each other only because we love the idea behind it. We are passionate people and our type don’t last long. By the time our lives become something we can mold the ground beneath us give away. We grasp what little piece of our dreams we have by then to keep from falling. We can’t get back up however, so we are left hanging. We become bitter of our dreams and past ideas. We scream and shout at them, craving for something we don’t have. We cling to one idea with a single stacked mind believing that it will not fail us till everything comes crashing down and we fall into that pit of despair with bones that ache and skin that sags, nothing the same except that one track mind.
In Harper Lee’s famous novel, To Kill a Mockingbird a innocent black man is convicted of rape and the only one who will defend him in a town of racists is the honorable Atticus Finch. Unfortunately even he knows from the beginning that he is not going to win. The question is if there was no trial by jury would Tom Robinson suffered his fate? In To Kill a Mockingbird Atticus explains to Scout that while he believes in American Justice System to be without prejudice, the jury can often harbor bias which taint the workings of the system.
When I read this and the trial section of the book and it really started to make me think. Does our justice system make everyone completely equal? If so does a biased Jury hamper that? It is my opinion that trial by jury is a flawed system that can easy be corrupted by peer influence and Bias. Whether its race, sex orientation, religion or economic status, there is always some sort of prejudice that can corrupt the jury and thus corrupt the ruling.
For an example let’s say I was selected to be part of a jury for a trail of an alleged child molester, I would have biased opinion because I have grown up in a house that is a strong supporter of child’s rights and safety (and for my mother to an extreme level) thus my opinion and ruling might be biased and in an extreme case I or others could send an innocent man to prison because my view point’s cloud justice.
Even if, let’s say hypothetically, trial by jury was abolished and in its place trail by judge was active these problems would still infected trials. This very problem gave England trouble for many years. In fact it was such a problem it is the very reason our founding father implemented trial by jury system in the first place! So if either system one way or another can hamper justice then what should we do? In my opinion I believe that we should, like our government, give equal power to both judge and grand“President Obama once said that he wants everyone to go to college…what a snob!”-Rick Santorum
That’s right people, learning is sooo snobbish. Higher education is for people that what a better life! And we can’t have SMART workers now can we? Smart workers might be able to think outside what we tell them to believe

The pens clicking and dancing away as it scribbles sentence after sentence,
Backpack zipping and unzipping, it exposes itself, filling its belly with books and binders,
The keyboard keys, clicking like a typewriter, fill the library,
The bell ringing envelops the halls,
The lonely halls rising back from death as the doors violently spit people out,
The halls struggling to breath with traffic jammed with young minds,
The floors sipping the cool and sweet soda given by a carless student,
The sun rises and falls, the sounds of the school come and go yet remain the same.

Hey guys I’m not dead. I know what you’re thinking “wow that jerk doesn’t type anything since November (Speaking of that I find that my views of thanksgiving we not represented well in that post so disregard it) and I come back with just a simple MOVIE IDEA!?!
Lame of me I know.
Anyways, I have had a recent inspiration to complete my little medieval script project after talking with playwrite Hartley Wright, who wrote the play call “Window Pains” a play about Autism. I highly recommend it for any high school production, I think it taught our school a lot about autism. But enough about that. I might write more about that story but in the mean time I got a new idea floating around in my head involving a group a buddies that decide to hunt down Osama bin Laden after seeing the prize money for his capture. This will take place before his death of course. I’m thinking it as a Dark Comedy. The main theme would be over human hypocrisy regarding what is a “rightful” kill and a “wrongful” kill.

Yeah I know its not thanksgiving anymore and everyone is in the holiday mood but the other day before my thanksgiving break my English teacher told us for our bell work to write down what holiday would you get rid of. Well like always I don’t really listen word for word but what I did do was make a rant about how Thanksgiving seems so shallow now. Now when you read this it may seem like I’m one of those guys that hates commercial holidays like Christmas, I don’t I love it but my complaint is that thanksgiving is supposed to really be important, something that we should (please don’t hurt me) give “thanks” to. Anyway hear it is.
Thanksgiving. A time to give thanks to one another…who are we kidding? Long ago it may have been that way but now do we really mean it? Do we really stop our lives like we should to really stop and think about all you have to be grateful for? Do we really stop our lives to give thanks to all the small things in life that make us happy or do we talk about how good of a cook your mother is? Lets face it thanksgiving has now been reduced to one big dinner and commercials that are to motivate you to get up early to stores and kill each other as soon as the doors open.
But for all the bad things that one can say about thanksgiving it does it get the family together. Sure maybe we don’t go making a list of things we know we couldn’t live without but if we don’t necessarily acknowledge them we do get to experience and be with the very things that matter to us on thanksgiving. For better or worst I think the holiday does its job, regradless if people seem to notice that.
I just don’t get it when people say “whats our world coming too!?!”. 1st: When you say “the world” are you actually saying that not a single piece of land on this planet is redeemable or good? 2nd. If you take all the horrible murders, rapes, and other villainous things and pair them up with all up with the days WITHOUT crime you’ll find that we are in fact in a better place. you see a long time ago news traveled slower when there wasn’t any TV or internet and people relied on newspaper and word of mouth. Since this take a while news that wasn’t terribly important such as a random murder wasn’t reported in the news. Which is why people probably thing that back then things were better. they weren’t. they were worst. things have actually been getting better in fact if you really think about.
I WANT to write on this more…really I do! but Junior year is basically the year where teachers figure you don’t have things to do like write on a blog. Plus I got a production this friday. Yep I’m a total theatre geek. anyway sorry 1 or 2 people that may or may not read this. I’m trying. I’m going to be a lot less “essays or story” and more “random thoughts”. after all I named this random thoughts for a reason.
I know people will say “its just a game your taking it to seriously” but in assassin’s creed the templars seek to control the population to make a better world. assassins wish for humanity to get to this path itself. Normally I would side with the assassins side but lately…I don’t know. People (at least where I live) are just getting so bad. some don’t even pick up a book at all. they smoke, drink, and screw. It makes me wonder if we could control the population and train people the better ways of life would it be for the better?
No matter what trouble you have in life just know that it will end. No matter what. everything ends. we all die. Our favorite shows end. Our favorite books end. Trends end. Our crappy jobs end. Boring meetings end. Financial troubles end. Living with your parents end. Having your kids live with you ends. Youth ends. Years, Days, months too. Everything ends. When you think about it this way it really kind of makes life fair. One guy may be richer than you but hey he is going to die too at least.
I don’t know why everyone is making such a big deal about facebook. its not that bad. it looks better in fact. so your confused. quit being a child, gosh. THINGS CHANGE YAH KNOW!
also about people saying that facebook is going to become the next “myspace” doubtful. Myspace was never as big a facebook is now and never pulled in as much money nor as much cultural impact. Google+ is basically a copy. And if you think its not going to change like facebook is doing now then your a fool.
